What a Roof Inspection Includes
A comprehensive roof inspection from Warrior Construction covers every component of the roofing system: the surface material, underlayment condition, flashing at all penetrations and edges, gutters, fascia, soffit, and attic ventilation. Each element is examined both from ground level and from the roof surface, with attention to areas that are most vulnerable to moisture infiltration and structural deterioration. Homeowners and property managers receive a full written report detailing current condition and any areas of concern.
Interior inspection is equally important. Water stains on ceilings, compromised attic insulation, and evidence of mold or mildew are often the first visible signs of a roofing problem that has been developing for months or years. Our team evaluates accessible attic space for signs of moisture intrusion, inadequate ventilation, and daylight penetration through the roof deck. This interior component of the inspection is included in every full assessment we perform across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The inspection concludes with a written report documenting all findings, noting areas of concern, and outlining recommended action. Where repairs or replacement are warranted, the client receives a separate written estimate. Warrior Construction does not charge for the inspection on properties where repair or replacement work is subsequently quoted — the inspection cost is absorbed into the project estimate for all qualifying projects in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
